No Way.

This has to be it.  Let today be the spark under the Yankees' collective backside.  Im not going to mince  words here:  The Yankees **** right now. Losing 4 of 6, at a very difficult juncture in the schedule, right before we play the resurgent Mets. Then the Sox come to town.

Im at a loss for words right now, so Im ending this post here. This has to get better, before they get a **** of alot worse.  Remember when I said me hit bottom a couple of weeks back?  We have returned to that same spot.  This is not the charecter of a winning team, and this is something that must be remedied.  Things need to be shaken up here, and it needs to happen now.

LETS GO YANKEES!!!!!
LETS GO YANKEES!!!!!

No Way. As in no way do the Yankees deserve anything. The offense is an embarassment. The team has no heart. And unless something dramatic happens (like the sky falls), they can practically pack it in.

we'll see if Clemens makes much of a difference.
If we continue to score 1 or 2 runs a game we'd practically need shut outs every night to win ballgames.

Where is the fire from the offense?

I hate to say that they're not trying because I assume they are all proud professionals who want to win ball games and go to the post season.

But it just seems like they don't have the spirit we need.

I know Roger Clemens usually has enough fire and passion for a whole team so maybe he'll fire people up.

But he'll only pitch every five days.

We need an every day position player to get really energized and go out there and push the team.

Like Paul ONeill used to do sometimes.

We need Jeter or Georgie or maybe even Damon or Giambi to get after things and show some fire.

Heck, destroy a few water coolers along the way if that's what it takes.

Anything to get something going?
